I offer a range of services to computationally facilitate your experiments, including:

For software development projects, I charge a fixed price. I do not charge for kick-off meetings or bugfixing of deliverables. Additional costs may incur for large-scale storage or compute resources, web hosting, or other third-party services (if required). In academic projects, I strongly encourage software to be published under an open-source license. Projects in the field of bioimaging or spatial biology may require prior approval by my current employer.
(Bio-)image analysis / spatial data analysis
I provide bioimage analysis support through my employer, the SciLifeLab BioImage Informatics Unit. If you are a life sciences researcher based in Sweden and need help with analyzing your microscopy or (image-based) spatial omics data, please submit an NBIS support request.
If you are not based in Sweden, do not work in life sciences, or cannot use services offered through SciLifeLab/NBIS for any other reason, please do not hesitate to contact me directly.
